Two members received their 2nd delinquent dues letter dated April 1st notifying of the Board’s intent to disconnect water service and file a property
lien on the property come May 1st if dues are not paid by then. (30 days warning)
If by May 1st, dues are not paid, a FINAL notice will be mailed confirming that water service has been shut off, a lien has been filed, and the
Board’s intent to turn over to our attorney for foreclosure proceedings and all costs associated will be the owner’s responsibility.

We’re still in process of obtaining permit by submitting a landscape plan to the county for

Discussion about building a 24x14 deck next to the gazebo.
For now, needed repairs will be made to the steps.

Rental limit policy
This will be brought up at May meeting to see if members want a policy or Bylaw
amendment in regards to limiting rental properties within our community.
Tree removal @ Hannah’s, Cowan’s and Park
Approval given to Cowan to remove tree located on TB right-of-way over
cost to curtail future damage to water line.

Approval given to Hannah to remove leaning alder trees located on TB right-of-way at owner’s
cost.
Bids will come in for removal of 2 dead trees in the community party by a
bonded, licensed contractor.
Road Repairs
Last September, an inspection of roads for repairs was done by community
volunteers with total estimated repairs of $25,000.
With $7,200 already in savings for road repairs, a discussion took place about needing a Special Assessment this summer in order to
get all roads done this year.
Sewer Plant upgrades – UV shed; paint well pump valve;
Well pump valve needs a coating to prevent further rusting.
Treasurer will the materials and contact Marty for labor.
Sewer tank coating: Coating is needed above the water line in order
to prevent rusting. Further investigation needed. Will also contact
Marty to see he’s available to do the job.
Anodes: Buried zinc by the sewer tank needs inspection.
Steve will contact tank installer for more information.
Water System – meter inventory and install
Meters to all properties must be installed by 2017 to be in compliance.
An investigative field trip around the community is needed to come up with list of missing meters, broken meters, etc.

May Meeting: 3 Board positions expire in May: Steve Stemhagen, Alice Carey, and Shannon Irwin. Karen Ekdahl has agreed to join
the Board to replace Shannon Irwin for a 3-yr term. Steve and Alice have agreed to run again for a 3 year term
